Conversation with AI employees
From the organisation chart to direct collaboration: AI employees receive roles and profiles. The conversation room combines animated avatars with text dialogue and voice interaction.
MY CONTRIBUTION
Tasks & Implementation
- Developed an organizational model for AI employees with separate identities, profiles, staffing and assignments.
- Implemented an organization chart, employee records, assignment overview and detail navigation as a local web application.
- Combined JSON data contracts and reference validation with automatic updates to read views.
- Integrated a local Hermes conversation pilot with streamed responses, conversation history and a separate audio connection.
RESULTS
What came out of it
- Local application with connected organization, profile and assignment views and verifiable data references.
- Documented text and voice pilot for conversations with a named AI profile; credentials remain on the server.
